Why crash diets don’t work.
Losing weight the healthy way takes time and patience. Crash diets, however tempting they may sound, are not the answer.
Although you may lose weight initially, the chances are you end up putting it all back on. Quick fix and fad diets don’t teach you how to change your eating habits on a long-term basis, which is what you really need to do if you’re going to keep the weight off. So forget about dieting think about a whole new way of eating.
Successful dieters are those people who learn to change both their eating habits and attitude towards food permanently.

Dealing with bad breath
Brush your teeth with a paste of Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda) and
water to keep your breath fresh.
Bicarbonate of Soda neutralizes the
acids in which the bacteria that cause bad breath and tooth decay
thrive. An antiseptic mouthwash will also help.
Chew fresh parsley
after eating a meal. This fragrant herb contains an antiseptic that
kills bacteria in the mouth. It’s effective against garlic and onions
too, as are mint leaves.
Dental floss will dislodge decaying food particles that become stuck
between the teeth. If your gums are red, swollen and sore, see your
dentist.
Asthma attack, what should I do?
If someone is having an asthma attack, he will cough, wheeze and have
difficulty breathing out.
Always reassure the person and try to keep
them calm. To ease breathing, have him sit up and lean slightly
forward, resting on his elbows. Or turn on the hot water in the
bathroom and have him sit and breathe the moist air.
Give the person his prescribed medication and plenty of liquids, in
order to prevent dehydration. If the medication doesn’t bring immediate
relief, take him quickly but calmly to the nearest hospital or contact
his doctor.
